Return & Refund Policy – Sonison Packaging Pvt Ltd

We take pride in the quality and reliability of our packaging products. However, we understand that sometimes returns or issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed, specifically for our range of adhesive tapes, films, and packaging materials.

Order Cancellations

Orders for standard products can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this period, orders typically enter processing or production and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Note: Custom-printed tape orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and production has started. Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the time of checkout; they cannot be added retroactively.

Returns for Adhesive Tapes & Packaging Products

Standard Products (Plain/Brown Tapes, Colored Tapes, Stretch Film)

You may return unused, unopened rolls of standard tapes and films within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Products

• Custom-Printed Tapes – These are made to order and personalised; returns are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
• Used or Opened Items – Once packaging is opened or partially used, returns are not accepted.
• Products Damaged Due to Storage – Tapes affected by humidity, improper stacking, or prolonged storage in non-controlled environments are not eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects

We perform rigorous quality checks, but if you receive tapes with any of the following issues, please contact us:

• Incomplete or smudged print (for printed tapes)
• Adhesive not functioning properly
• Film curling or non-uniformity
• Incorrect colour, size, or specifications

Contact us at info@sonisonpackaging.in within 4 working days of receipt, with photos and details. If the defect is verified, we will arrange free return shipping and either replace the goods or issue a full refund.

Industry Standards & Tolerances

All tape products are manufactured with standard industrial tolerances:

• Print & Colour Variations: Slight shade or tone differences between batches are normal.
• Dimension Tolerances: Width or length may vary by ±5% due to manufacturing variations. These do not qualify as defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@sonisonpackaging.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a return confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Package the products securely with a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship to the address provided in our return instructions.

Important: Do not hand returns to the courier delivery person. Our logistics team does not accept unverified returns at the time of delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Take multiple clear photos of the unopened package showing visible damage.
  2. Email them to info@sonisonpackaging.in within 4 hours of delivery.
  3. We will assist with a transit damage claim. Once the damaged items are returned and approved, replacements will be sent.
